When we worked together, I was deep in the world of marketing—a role that shaped how I think about connection, engagement, and meaningful impact. Those themes still guide my work today, just in a different arena.
Since then, I’ve shifted into Employee Experience (EX), partnering with organizations to create workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to do their best work. I help leaders design and implement strategies that strengthen culture, develop leadership, and enhance engagement across the entire employee lifecycle.
